Job Requirements
  • Experience using computer and OPERA PMS system and Other Hospitality platforms such as Shomous, Balady, and knowledge about ministry of tourism and Municipality regulations and standards.
  • Good English language level and familiarity with hospitality terminologies.
  • OTA’s booking Platforms experience: Familiar with online travel agencies (OTA’s) platforms (Booking.com, Expedia), booking, inquiries and messages procedures.
  • Phone Call Handling: Answer phone calls promptly. Record external caller details for follow-up. Call-in house guests, solve, follow up and record their comments.
  • Work Schedule Compliance and adherence to scheduled Shifts working hours and company/labor rules.
  • Maintain personal hygiene and a neat appearance.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in problem-solving and public speaking, with the ability to analyze complex situations, develop effective solutions, and communicate them clearly and confidently to satisfy hotel guests.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, meet shift deadlines consistently, and maintain attention to detail in fast- paced environments.
  • Extensive experience in handling cash, processing credit card payments, and managing financial transactions with accuracy and integrity, ensuring compliance with company policies and maintaining secure and transparent records.
  • Committed to respecting guest privacy and confidentiality, with proven ability to interact effectively with individuals from diverse nationalities and cultural backgrounds, even in high-pressure situations.
