TANMIAH Foods Company is seeking a Storekeeper for fresh poultry to manage inventory, stock intake, and storage. You will ensure accurate records, proper storage conditions, and compliance with food safety standards at multiple locations including Riyadh.

The role requires experience with perishable goods, proficiency with inventory software, and the ability to work with logistics to support efficient distribution. A strong focus on quality and safety is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in warehouse management is a plus.
• 2-3 years of storekeeper or warehouse experience, preferably in food/fresh poultry.
• Experience handling perishable goods, especially in cold storage or refrigerated environments.
• Knowledge of inventory control practices and quality checks, and familiarity with FIFO/FEFO.

Responsabilités

• Manage stock control and perform regular physical counts to align with records.
• Receive shipments, inspect quality of fresh poultry, and report discrepancies.
• Maintain storage conditions with FIFO/FEFO rotation and food safety compliance.
• Coordinate with logistics for timely dispatch and accurate documentation.
• Monitor temperatures and hygiene, and document all inventory movements.
