Role Overview

We are looking for experienced freelance recruiters across Saudi Arabia.

This is a commission-based freelance opportunity with very high earning potential, ideal for recruiters who already have strong sourcing networks and proven experience in large-volume recruitment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct mass recruitment of blue-collar workers for Saudi Arabia‑based projects.
  • Handle high-volume hiring within tight timelines.
  • Screen candidates based on client requirements (skills, experience, trade tests, documentation).
  • Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Ensure candidates meet Saudi labor, visa, and mobilization requirements.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and candidate pipelines.
Required Experience & Qualifications
  • Proven experience in mass hiring of blue-collar workers.
  • Prior recruitment experience for Saudi Arabia is mandatory.
  • Strong recruitment network in one or more source countries.
  • Ability to handle large volumes (50–500+ candidates per project).
  • Familiarity with Saudi recruitment processes, visas, and compliance.
  • Self‑driven, results‑oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Freelance recruiters, agencies, or manpower consultants are welcome.
