Job summary

Visuna Ltd in Saudi Arabia is seeking 8 experienced Fracturing Equipment Operators to join our well services operations. You will operate, maintain, and monitor hydraulic fracturing equipment during well stimulation and completion projects.

Candidates must have strong field experience with hydraulic fracturing, be committed to safety, and able to work in demanding oilfield environments. Rotation is 8 weeks on, 4 weeks off.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working in Oil & Gas with hydraulic fracturing operations.
• Experience operating high-pressure pumping and associated fracturing equipment.
• Strong field experience and ability to work safely in demanding oilfield environments.
• Ability to read and understand equipment manuals, operating procedures and safety documentation.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multicultural, international field crew.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor hydraulic fracturing equipment in accordance with procedures and programs.
• Assist with rig-up/rig-down, pressure testing, and function testing of fracturing equipment.
• Operate high-pressure pumping equipment, treating iron, manifolds, valves, blender systems, hydration units and related equipment.
• Monitor pressures, rates, volumes, temperatures and other parameters during fracturing treatments.
• Carry out inspections and routine maintenance to keep equipment safe and operational.
• Maintain accurate logs, charts and job documentation, and report abnormalities promptly.
• Follow fracturing programs, client requirements and safety instructions.
• Participate in pre-job and post-job checks and toolbox talks.

Position Overview

A major Oil & Gas Services Company operating in Saudi Arabia is seeking 8 experienced Fracturing Equipment Operators to join its well services operations.

The successful candidates will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and monitoring hydraulic fracturing equipment during well stimulation and completion operations. Candidates must have strong field experience in hydraulic fracturing and be capable of working safely and effectively in demanding oilfield environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor hydraulic fracturing equipment in accordance with approved procedures and operational programs.
• Assist with rig-up, rig-down, pressure testing, and function testing of fracturing equipment.
• Operate high-pressure pumping equipment, treating iron, manifolds, valves, blender systems, hydration units, chemical systems, and associated equipment as required.
• Monitor equipment pressures, rates, volumes, temperatures, and other operational parameters during fracturing treatments.
• Carry out equipment inspections and routine maintenance to ensure equipment remains safe and operational.
• Identify equipment abnormalities, faults, leaks, or unsafe conditions and report them immediately.
• Follow fracturing programs, job procedures, operating instructions, and client requirements.
• Assist with pre-job and post-job equipment checks and documentation.
• Maintain accurate operational records, equipment logs, pressure charts, and job documentation.
• Work closely with Engineers, Supervisors, Wellsite Personnel, and other members of the fracturing crew.
• Participate in toolbox talks, safety meetings, risk assessments, and pre-job planning.
• Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with company HSE policies and Saudi Arabian regulations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite.
• Participate in emergency response activities and comply with site emergency procedures.
• Perform other duties related to fracturing operations as directed by the Fracturing Supervisor.

Required Experience

• Proven experience working as a Fracturing Equipment Operator / Frac Operator within the Oil & Gas industry.
• Previous experience with hydraulic fracturing operations is essential.
• Experience operating high-pressure pumping and associated fracturing equipment.
• Good understanding of fracturing equipment, pressure control systems, treating iron, manifolds, valves, and pumping systems.
• Experience working on wellsite operations in challenging environments.
• Ability to read and understand equipment manuals, operating procedures, job programs, and safety documentation.
• Strong commitment to HSE and safe working practices.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multicultural, international field crew.
• Physically fit and able to work extended shifts in demanding field conditions.
