Job summary
ASQ International invites an experienced English Coordinator to design and implement literacy programmes across EYFS and Primary at a brand-new, international school in Riyadh. You will lead curriculum development, mentor teachers, and set high standards to foster a lifelong love of language.
As part of the founding team, you will supervise academic programmes, drive reading across the early years, and build a strong reading culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English Language, English Education, or related field.
- Master's degree in Curriculum & Instruction, TESOL, Educational Supervision, or related field preferred
- At least 5 years in academic supervision or educational leadership, ideally in an international school setting
- Proficient in educational technology and digital learning platforms
Responsibilities
- Lead literacy across EYFS and Primary.
- Design phonics, reading, and writing programmes.
- Mentor teachers in best practice.
- Establish a strong reading culture from day one.
- Provide academic supervision, training, and curriculum innovation.
