Job summary

Loura is building operational intelligence for organizations. A Founder Associate will work directly with the founders across GTM, customers, product, hiring, fundraising, and operations to move high-priority initiatives forward.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the founders on the company’s most important priorities.
• Own projects across GTM, customers, product, hiring, fundraising, operations, and strategy.
• Prepare research, analysis, briefs, and materials for important decisions and meetings.
• Join customer, investor, and partner conversations and drive follow-ups.
• Take projects from an unclear starting point to a finished outcome.
• Identify problems before they become blockers.
• Build lightweight processes and systems as the company scales.
• Work across the team to make sure important things actually get done.
• Take ownership of whatever becomes important to the company.
