Loura is seeking a software/engineering leader to own product and engineering work across ingestion, data models, workflows, interfaces, evaluations, and production reliability.

You will spend real time with people who run industrial operations, understand where work breaks, and build software that helps the organization respond better. You will take problems from first conversation to a reliable production system, then turn recurring patterns into reusable product capability.

Formación

• You have shipped difficult systems and owned them in production.
• You are comfortable moving between technical depth, product judgment, and customer context.
• You prefer consequential, ambiguous work to neatly bounded tickets.
• You communicate clearly, earn trust quickly, and keep quality high while moving fast.

Responsabilidades

• Own product and engineering work across ingestion, data models, workflows, interfaces, evaluations, and production reliability.
• Make technical decisions that shape Loura’s architecture, standards, and future engineering team.
• Provide fast, accountable delivery from customer discovery through deployment and measured value.
• Distinguish reusable product capability from customer-specific work with sound judgment.
