Job Description
To direct onsite supervision of staff in the environment that they are working for. Responsible for making sure that all work duties within a production environment (which is usually where they work) are coordinated properly and carried out as they should be according to standard operating procedures and health and safety policies.
Accountabilities
- Delegate & monitor tasks & accomplishment of personnel engaged in day-to-day maintenance operations of pharmacies, performing with maintenance employees along with direct supervisor & other technical personnel to develop a proactive & effective team working together to attain set objectives of the organization.
- Assist the Maintenance Supervisor in conducting a regular maintenance inspection of pharmacies to check all building system operation and function that required maintenance, as well as the safety requirements of stores in line to standard requirements from Ministry of Civil Defense.
- Execute implementation of corrective & preventive maintenance programs, and safety programs according to Service Level Agreement (SLA) or approve schedule in line with Standard Operating Procedure and HQSE (Health, Safety, Quality & Environment) policies with complete reports as reference.
- Promote safe work practices in accordance with Occupational Health & Safety, Board Policy and directive by Maintenance Supervisor. Execute the implementation for reporting, response & corrective actions of unsafe & unhealthful workplace conditions, hazards during task's execution, and safety incidents.
- Give technical direction to technicians in the repair and maintenance of building systems in pharmacies. Serve as secondary coach to Technicians next to Maintenance Supervisor to lead the team in execution of work in line to the existing processes & procedures as well as the company policies & Code of Ethics.
- Assist the Maintenance Supervisor for the implementation, supervision & receiving of construction projects, remodeling, refurbishment, and other special projects aligned to Pharmacy's requirements, scope of works agreed, and approved specifications.
- Provide leadership in any emergencies which may involve emergency call-outs related to safety incidents and maintenance of pharmacies that might require urgent response & work execution not to affect the business of the company.
- Actively participates in the planning and formulation of the Organization's operating budget, scheduling of corrective & preventive maintenance programs, and implementation & execution plan for store's renovation & expansion projects.
- Engage in lifelong learning with respect to professional enhancement or development, safety & skills training, in-service and courses of study as recommended and scheduled.
- Attend weekly Tool Box Talk & performance review meeting with all the staff to review and possibly suggest changes or inputs to enhance the existing procedures and policies related to maintenance, quality, safety and environment through reports and actual experiences from team to improve performances.
- Contribute in development of goals and objectives as well as policies and procedures by providing necessary recommendations for changes and improvements to existing standards, policies, and procedures. Support the Maintenance Supervisor in observing work activities to ensure execution and compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as may be required or assigned by Maintenance Supervisor.

- Working Days: 6 Working Days per Week
- Days off: 1 Day Off per Week
- Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1 hour break)
Job Requirements
Education
- Graduate of any vocational courses.
Experience
- 5 Years of Technical Experience in Facility or Property Management.
