Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 2–4 years of professional experience in quality inspection or quality assurance in food manufacturing.
• Bakery industry experience is highly valued.
• Solid working knowledge of HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, and KSA-specific food safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily quality inspections of raw materials and finished products.
• Verify product attributes including appearance, weight, texture, packaging integrity, labeling accuracy, and shelf-life compliance.
• Accurately document all inspection results for audit trails and traceability purposes.
• Support implementation and maintenance of the facility's food safety management system.
• Contribute to building a quality-focused culture across the production floor.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a closely related discipline
