Role Overview

To portion meals for our customers using our technology – ensuring all meals are ready and packaged to be dispatched on time for the deliveries while adhering to high standards of hygiene, quality and consistency.

Main Responsibilities

• Portioning the components for every meal for every specific customer on time before deliveries go out.
• Communicating with the drivers and Customer Experience team to ensure a top notch customer experience.
• Maintaining proper hygiene standards in the kitchen.
• Ensuring any last minute changes are carried out with our high standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must have at least 1-2 years of dispatching experience in the food industry, preferably in fast food.
• Holds very high standards in hygiene practices in a kitchen facility.
• Must be a proficient communicator in English and has good communication skills.
• Knowledge in food safety is a plus.
• Currently based in Riyadh.
