Job summary

Calo Inc. in Riyadh is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the product experience behind how meals get made, tracked, and delivered to subscribers across GCC markets.

You will translate operational constraints into product decisions, build AI-powered tools, and partner with kitchen and logistics teams to improve on-time delivery and customer experience. This role requires 6–8 years of product management with hands-on ops experience.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of product management experience, including 2–3 years in operations or marketplace capacity.
• Track record of owning complex, multi-stakeholder systems.
• Comfortable working directly with kitchen and logistics teams on the ground.
• AI-native: daily use of AI tools; ability to prototype without heavy engineering.
• Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate.

• Hardens operational fundamentals behind every meal: on-time delivery, production efficiency, waste reduction.

• Understand how operational failures drive churn and prioritize accordingly.

About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the product experience behind how meals get made, tracked, and delivered to subscribers.

The scope spans production planning, logistics, and supply chain systems, across all six GCC markets, with Saudi Arabia as the largest and most complex. It's a wide scope: you'll translate operational constraints, kitchen capacity, delivery fleet, sourcing, into product decisions that directly impact customer experience, and use AI as an extension of yourself to handle the ad-hocs so your time goes to the decisions that matter most.

What You'll Be Doing

• Drive the product strategy and roadmap across all six GCC markets.
• Partner cross-functionally to harden the operational fundamentals behind every meal: on-time delivery, production efficiency, waste reduction.
• Translate real-world constraints like kitchen capacity, delivery fleet, and ingredient sourcing into product tradeoffs that protect the customer experience.
• Build and ship AI-powered tools and agents that automate or augment operational decisions.
• Partner with automation engineers and build the systems that allow them to scale.
• Understand how operational failures drive churn and prioritize against that.
• Getting close to production teams and spending time in the kitchen understanding the operational flows and how the team on the ground operates.
• Undertaking customer and competitive research to stay close to voice of customer and market trends.

What We're Looking For

• 6-8 years of product management experience, including 2-3 years in operations or marketplace capacity.
• A track record of owning complex, multi-stakeholder systems.
• Comfortable being on the ground working directly with kitchen and logistics teams.
• AI-native: you use AI tools daily in real work, can prototype in Claude Code without waiting on an engineer, and have shipped an AI or agentic feature.
• Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate.
• Bonus: food, delivery, or subscription-commerce ops experience; familiarity with agentic pipelines.
