Overview

We are looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead the opening of Hyatt Place AlUla.

Hyatt Place AlUla represents a significant milestone in Hyatt’s expansion across the region and will feature 214 guestrooms, two food and beverage outlets, meeting space, swimming pool and a fitness center appealing to both leisure and business travelers.

Your Role

We are seeking a dynamic and commercially minded Food & Beverage Manager to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the Food & Beverage Department, in line with Hyatt International’s corporate strategies and brand standards, while consistently meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations.

This role functions as both a Business Manager and Marketing Specialist, driving performance, guest satisfaction, and profitability across all outlets and banquet operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all Food & Beverage operations, ensuring brand standards and service excellence
  • Act as Business Manager for the department, driving revenue, profitability, and market positioning
  • Function as a Marketing Specialist, supporting promotions, partnerships, and outlet visibility
  • Ensure each outlet operates efficiently and is individually profitable
  • Drive sustainability initiatives, including responsible sourcing, waste reduction, and energy efficiency
  • Oversee budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and productivity management
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and operational standards
  • Develop, coach, and inspire F&B teams to deliver memorable guest experiences
Qualifications & Experience
  • University degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as Assistant Director of Food & Beverage or Senior Restaurant Manager in a larger operation
  • Strong operational, administrative, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven commercial acumen and ability to drive outlet profitability
  • Excellent communication and leadership capabilities
