SLS The Red Sea is looking for enthusiastic Food & Beverage Interns to join a luxury lifestyle resort in Umluj. You’ll gain hands-on experience across restaurants, bars, and in-room dining while learning the art of delivering exceptional hospitality with SLS flair.

You’ll work under the guidance of seasoned professionals, develop service skills, and learn menu knowledge, beverage preparation and guest interaction in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Formación

• Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Tourism or a related field.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experiences.
• Positive attitude, curiosity and willingness to learn.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome guests with warmth and the SLS signature style.
• Gain experience across restaurants, bars, in-room dining and other outlets.
• Support daily service operations including setup, orders, and service.
• Embrace SLS brand standards while adding your personality to guest interactions.
• Learn menus, ingredients, beverages and service techniques.
• Assist the team in delivering seamless service and anticipating guest needs.
• Understand restaurant operations, hygiene standards and food safety.
• Collaborate with Culinary and other hotel departments for smooth ops.
• Maintain grooming, professionalism, cleanliness and detail.
• Participate in training and development opportunities.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Welcome guests with warmth, confidence and the signature SLS personality, creating memorable dining experiences.
• Gain hands-on experience across restaurants, bars, in-room dining and other Food & Beverage outlets, depending on departmental requirements.
• Support daily service operations, including restaurant preparation, table settings, order taking and food and beverage service.
• Learn and embrace SLS brand standards while bringing your own personality and creativity to every guest interaction.
• Develop your knowledge of menus, ingredients, beverages and service techniques to confidently assist guests.
• Assist the team in delivering seamless service, anticipating guest needs and creating extraordinary moments.
• Gain an understanding of restaurant operations, service sequences, hygiene standards and food safety practices.
• Collaborate with Culinary and other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.
• Maintain high standards of grooming, professionalism, cleanliness and attention to detail.
• Actively participate in training, development and learning opportunities throughout your internship.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Tourism or a related field.
• A genuine passion for hospitality, guest relations & creating exceptional guest experiences.
• A positive attitude, natural curiosity & willingness to learn.
• Strong communication skills in English. Proficiency in Arabic would be an asset.
• A personality that reflects the bold, playful and extraordinary spirit of SLS.
• A team player who thrives in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
• Good organisational skills, attention to detail & a commitment to excellent service.
• Flexibility to work across different shifts in line with hotel operations.
• Previous hospitality experience is an advantage but not essential.
