Responsibilities

• Oversee all Facilities Management activities at the airport, including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for all facilities and systems.
• Develop and monitor KPIs for facilities and equipment to ensure compliance with schedules and standards.
• Manage facilities and contractors' contracts, ensuring service quality and compliance with standards.
• Oversee resource planning and reallocation across facilities and departments in line with expansion and design objectives.
• Lead Facilities Management and Maintenance Supervisor teams, ensuring training and best practices.
• Assess operational and legal risks and develop preventive and emergency plans for safety.

Job Purpose

Oversee all airport facilities operations and ensure compliance with operational standards and applicable local and international regulations. Lead teams and analyze performance to ensure the delivery of safe and efficient facilities and services, while preparing progress reports to support continuous improvement.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Operational Responsibilities

• Oversee all Facilities Management activities at the airport, including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for all facilities and systems.
• Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for facilities and equipment to ensure compliance with operational schedules and standards.
• Manage facilities and contractors' contracts, ensuring compliance with service quality requirements, policies, and applicable national and international standards.
• Oversee resource planning and reallocation across facilities and departments in alignment with expansion, development, and design objectives.
• Lead Facilities Management and Maintenance Supervisor teams, ensuring effective training and the implementation of operational best practices.
• Assess operational and legal risks and develop preventive and emergency plans to ensure the safety of facilities and personnel.
• Coordinate with various internal departments to ensure the efficient implementation of operational plans.
• Monitor the quality of environmental and preventive services, including cleaning, waste management, pest control, and supporting facility services.
• Review and approve periodic reports, analyze performance, and provide strategic recommendations to senior management to improve facilities and enhance operational efficiency.
• Oversee new projects and expansions, ensure compliance with regulations and local and international standards, and strategically manage changes affecting facilities.

Managerial Responsibilities

Employee Development

• Oversee the development of direct reports, analyze their performance, identify training needs, and evaluate training outcomes.
• Guide direct reports to ensure that assigned tasks are performed efficiently and effectively.
• Ensure that all assigned employees are adequately trained and prepared to perform their duties to the required standards.

Policies, Procedures, and Reporting

• Ensure the implementation of relevant policies, procedures, and processes related to Facilities Management Operations.
• Contribute to the preparation of progress reports for Facilities Management Operations to support continuous performance improvement.
• Conduct regular meetings with direct reports to monitor work progress, discuss challenges, review their recommendations, and take appropriate actions.

Qualifications and Experience

Academic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Work Experience:

12 years of experience in a relevant field.
