Job summary

La Petite Maison (LPM) in Al Khobar is seeking a Floor Manager who can lead the on-floor team, own the guest experience, and ensure the service looks effortless from the first cover to the last goodbye.

The right candidate has 1–2 years in a supervisory or front-of-house role in a premium or high-volume restaurant, speaks English fluently, and French or another European language or Arabic is a plus. You will coordinate with kitchen and bar to keep service on time and on brand.
