Job summary

CROWN KSA is seeking a skilled Front End Mechanic to perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a variety of vehicles and equipment. This role ensures operational efficiency and fleet safety.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, troubleshooting with diagnostic tools, welding, and record-keeping. The ideal candidate has relevant technical certification, strong vehicle systems knowledge, and the ability to work in a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical certification preferred.
• Proven experience as a Front End Mechanic or similar role in industrial/fleet environments.
• Strong knowledge of engines, transmissions, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Proficient with diagnostic equipment and hand tools.
• Able to read and interpret manuals and schematics.
• Valid driver's license; CDL may be required for some roles.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in varied weather conditions.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail; good communication and teamwork.
• Forklift certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on vehicles and equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues using diagnostic tools.
• Repair and replace defective parts including engines, transmissions, brakes, and hydraulics.
• Conduct inspections to ensure safety compliance.
• Perform welding and fabrication as needed for repairs.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with inventory management of parts and supplies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely task completion.
