Qualifications
- 10-15 years in banking, non-banking financial institutions, or leasing companies with fleet financing expertise.
- Experience across fleet financing & vehicle leasing for commercial & SME segments.
- Structured finance & asset-backed lending for movable assets.
- Product development & risk management in fleet financing.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement fleet leasing & asset-backed financing strategies.
- Manage relationships with corporates, SMEs, and government entities.
- Conduct risk assessment, credit evaluation, and compliance for fleet financing.
- Drive business growth & strategic partnerships in fleet financing.
- Lead teams in structuring & executing financing solutions.
