Job summary

leading-edge is seeking a Trade Finance Product Developer in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia for a 3-6 month contract. The role focuses on developing trade finance products like LCs, guarantees, and SBLCs, with emphasis on Sharia-compliant structures.

You'll collaborate with sales, operations, compliance, and IT to launch and manage products, conduct market research, and prepare pricing strategies. Fluent English required; Arabic a plus. International travel possible.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of deep functional experience in trade finance product development, documentation, operations, and compliance.
• Fluent English communication; Arabic language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop all kinds of trade finance products (LCs, guarantees) for banking clients.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitor offerings, and regulatory trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to launch and manage products.
• Prepare business cases, product documentation, and pricing strategies.
• Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure all products comply with local and international banking regulations.
• Provide training and support to relationship managers and frontline staff.
