Job summary

leading-edge is seeking an experienced FinTech Specialist in Saudi Arabia to design and deploy financial technology solutions that boost efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience.

You will work with IT, finance, and operations to identify business needs, evaluate vendors, and stay on top of FinTech trends while developing training and compliance policies for the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in FinTech, banking, or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of FinTech trends, technologies, and solutions.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
• Professional certifications, such as CFA, CAIA, or CFP are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement FinTech solutions, such as mobile payments, digital wallets, and blockchain-based systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop FinTech solutions.
• Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date with the latest FinTech trends and technologies.
• Evaluate and recommend FinTech vendors and solutions to senior management.
• Develop and maintain relationships with FinTech partners and vendors.
• Create and deliver training programs to educate employees on FinTech solutions and best practices.
• Develop and implement FinTech-related policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
