Confidential in Riyadh seeks a detail-oriented Saudi MIS Specialist to transform business data into actionable reports and insights supporting decision-making.

You will prepare MIS and management reports, analyze financing, sales and portfolio data, and automate dashboards. Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL is essential, along with strong analytical skills and bilingual Arabic/English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Finance or related field.
• Experience in MIS, data analysis, business intelligence, reporting or similar roles.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
• Working knowledge of SQL and databases.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high data accuracy.
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective reports and dashboards.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, written and spoken.
• Experience in finance, fintech, banking, lending or financial services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain MIS reports, management reports, and dashboards.
• Analyze financing, sales, collections, and portfolio data to identify KPIs and trends.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity across reports and sources.
• Develop, enhance, and automate reports and dashboards with relevant functions.
• Consolidate data from multiple sources and translate datasets into insights.
• Monitor KPIs and provide timely analysis for management decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and data quality.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Collections, Operations and other departments to gather requirements.
• Support ad-hoc reporting requests and document reporting logic.
