Job summary

Denara Group is seeking an IT Manager in Riyadh to lead the technical ecosystem for a CMA-licensed FinTech investment firm. You will oversee local IT operations, coordinate with cloud hosting, software vendors, and cybersecurity providers, ensuring CMA technology guidelines and data security compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–5 years IT administration/management experience, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
• Familiarity with CMA regulations, SAMA guidelines, or NCA framework basics.
• Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
• Experience managing external tech vendors.

Responsibilities

• CMA & Regulatory Compliance: Align IT security policies and DR procedures with CMA requirements and local controls.
• Infrastructure & Systems Availability: Oversee cloud environments, trading platform availability, monitoring, and core internal infrastructure.
• Vendor & Partner Management: Main contact for external technology vendors, software contractors, cloud providers, and payment gateway partners.
• Data Security & Incident Management: Ensure basic cybersecurity hygiene, access controls, backups, and data protection SOPs.
• Internal IT Support & Operations: Manage office IT hardware, networks, onboarding/offboarding, and day-to-day support.
