Job summary

Moneymoon, a pioneering fintech platform, seeks a Cybersecurity Manager (CISO) to own and drive the cybersecurity function within a regulated fintech environment in Saudi Arabia.

This hands-on role spans governance, regulatory readiness with SAMA CSF, risk management, security operations, cloud and application security, incident response, resilience, and AI security, partnering with Technology and business teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, security engineering, security operations, information security, cyber risk, or a related cybersecurity function.

Responsibilities

• Governance & regulatory readiness including SAMA CSF; regulatory documentation and audits.
• Manage cybersecurity risk lifecycle, KRIs, KPIs, and reporting to leadership.
• Oversee security operations across cloud, endpoints, networks, apps; access and vulnerability management.
• Lead AI security initiatives, automation, and secure SDLC integration.
• Coordinate third-party cybersecurity assessments and vendor risk management.
• Drive cybersecurity awareness across the organization and security culture.
