Job summary

Tabby is seeking a Finance Operations Associate to serve as the primary contact for payouts, settlements, and reconciliations with merchants. You will collaborate with Product, Sales, Legal, Risk, and Compliance to resolve financial and system-related issues and ensure timely payouts.

The role requires 1–3 years in Financial Operations or FinTech, proficiency with NetSuite and Excel, and the ability to work in a fast-paced FinTech environment. Autonomy and strong problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Financial Operations, Payments Operations, Accounting, or FinTech related roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex financial information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary finance point of contact for merchant-related financial operations.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Legal, Risk, and Compliance to resolve operational financial issues.
• Provide financial clarifications to internal teams on payout logic, settlement models, and merchant configurations.
