Qualifications

• CA/CPA/CMA/MBA or equivalent qualification is required.
• 1–3 years of post-qualification experience in finance.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to identify key drivers.
• Solid knowledge of financial and management accounting concepts; ERP experience desirable.
• Self-starter with ability to work across functions and in teams.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• Fluency in English with strong spoken and written communication.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Understand business value drivers and build analytics around KPIs.
• Create analytics for performance, balance scorecard, budgets and forecasts.
• Provide insights for monthly reports showing trends.
• Support business planning and forecasting processes.
• Liaise with managers to provide high-quality decision-support analysis.
