Job summary

NAMI | a 3D Printing Company in Riyadh is seeking a Finance Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting and management reporting. You will assist the Finance Manager with P&L, balance sheet and cash flow analyses, ensuring accurate financial data and clear narratives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in accounting, finance, FP&A, or audit.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel; experience with Odoo and Zoho.

Responsibilities

Job description

The Finance Analyst supports the Finance Manager in budget and business plan preparation, forecasting, financial analysis, management and executive reporting, and day-to-day finance operations. The role is well suited to an early-career finance professional with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, confidence in using AI tools, familiar with ERP or financial systems and able to quickly learn and adapt to Odoo and Zoho. The position provides exposure to the full finance cycle, with responsibility for preparing and analyzing financial data, identifying key financial movements, variances and their underlying drivers, and drafting reports for review by the Finance Manager.

Responsibilities

Budgeting and forecasting

• Support in developing and maintaining integrated budget and business plan model and supporting templates: ensuring key financial and operational assumptions are appropriately reflected across the P&L, balance sheet and cash flow.
• Collect budget inputs from department heads, understand and validate the underlying assumptions, check them for completeness and reasonableness, and follow up on gaps against the budget calendar.
• Consolidate inputs into a budget and business plan and ensure appropriate reconciliation across the financial statements.
• Build unit-cost and margin workings for a production business: materials, machine hours, labour and overhead absorption.
• Update rolling forecasts and run scenarios on volume, price and cost, revenue timing and cash collection with highlighting the changes against previous forecasts and potential liquidity gaps.
• Maintain and monitor existing and prospective funding arrangements, including key financing terms, repayment obligations and funding requirements, with supported assumptions.

Management and executive reporting

• Prepare the monthly management pack: P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, KPIs, and budget vs actual.
• Analyse variances by driver (volume, price, mix, cost) and draft short, plain commentary.
• Reconcile every reported figure back to the ledger and source workbook before it goes into a deck.
• Prepare and update standardized presentation materials from the updated Excel workbooks, keeping numbers, charts and narrative consistent.
• Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports in Excel, Odoo and Zoho.
• Comfortable with AI tools to speed up analysis, variance commentary and deck preparation, and check every output against the ledger before it is shared.
• Support automation of recurring reports and reconcilations using Excel, Power Query and Odoo or Zoho scheduled reports.
• Compile and explain budget vs actual results periodically.

Day-to-day finance operations

• Accounts payable and receivable: invoice posting, three-way matching, payment runs, customer invoicing and collections follow-up.
• General ledger and month-end close: journal entries, accruals, prepayments, fixed assets, bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Treasury: daily cash position, updated cash flow forecast, bank portal uploads and petty cash.
• Compliance: VAT returns, Zakat and ZATCA e-invoicing support, and schedules for the external auditors.
• Keep Odoo and Zoho records clean: chart of accounts, cost centres, customer and vendor master data.
• Maintain an orderly filing trail so every entry and report can be supported on request.
• Other routine matters related to finance department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., SOCPA, ACCA, or equivalent certifications) are preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in accounting, finance, financial planning and analysis, or audit.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel; experience with Odoo and Zoho experience
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in financial records.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
