Job summary

Perfect Vision is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage day-to-day transactions, reconcile ledgers, and support month-end close. You will ensure accurate general ledger recordings, assist in financial statements, and collaborate with the Senior Accounting Supervisor on analysis and reporting.

Proficiency in Excel and Odoo ERP is required, with a strong focus on compliance and controls. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field, 4–5 years of

Responsibilities

• Support general ledger activities and assist in month-end and year-end closings.
• Participate in account reconciliation and validation of financial data.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with Zakat regulations and prepare Zakat filings.
• Assist internal audits to identify areas for improvement in financial controls.
• Manage and control accounts payable, office expenses, and customer discounts.
• Coordinate with banks, governmental bodies, customers, and internal stakeholders.

Job description

Execute day-to-day accounting transactions, including journal entries and reconciliation.

Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions in the general ledger.

Assist in the preparation of financial statements, supporting schedules, and reports.

Collaborate with the Senior Accounting Supervisor in financial analysis and performance evaluation.

Duties and Responsibilities

Qualifications, Education & Certifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum Experience & Skills Required

Minimum 4–5 years of progressive accounting experience.

Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP is highly preferred.

Proficient in accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
