Job summary

Front End is seeking a Finance Operations Specialist to own accounts payable, payments, and finance administration in Saudi Arabia. You will ensure suppliers are processed and paid accurately on time, while maintaining compliance with VAT, ZATCA e-invoicing, and local banking requirements.

This foundation role supports the Financial Controller and requires 2–5 years in AP, experience with Oracle NetSuite or similar ERP, and bilingual Arabic/English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 2–5 years in accounts payable or finance operations.
• Knowledge of Saudi VAT and ZATCA e-invoicing requirements; exposure to WHT, GOSI and WPS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices with coding to GL accounts, cost centres, and projects.
• Perform three-way matching and resolve price/quantity/tax discrepancies.
• Ensure invoices meet ZATCA e-invoicing and VAT requirements before posting.
• Route invoices through approvals and maintain AP inbox, ageing, and accruals.
• Prepare local and international (multi-currency) payment runs; support WPS payroll payments.
• Maintain vendor master data and onboard suppliers with required documentation.
• Assist with VAT returns, ZATCA submissions, and government portal reconciliations.
• Support month-end close and provide ad-hoc finance assistance.
