Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company seeks a highly motivated Finance Manager to lead financial operations for its premier golf facilities. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting and reporting, and collaborate with golf and hospitality teams to drive growth and member experiences.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting, 5-8 years in financial management, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel and financial software. Knowledge of golf operations is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
• 5-8 years of relevant financial management experience, preferably within the sports or hospitality industry.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and data analysis.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage the financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes for the golf operations
• Conduct financial analysis to monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement
• Prepare accurate financial reports including income statements, balance sheets and cash flow statements
• Work closely with operational teams to develop financial models that support business decisions related to golf programs and facilities
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies implementing best practices in financial management
• Assist in the preparation of business cases and financial proposals for new initiatives in the golf sector
