The role demands strong IFRS expertise, Saudi tax knowledge and proven leadership of finance teams. Responsibilities include budgeting, consolidated statements, cash management, and stakeholder reporting to the Group CFO/CEO and Board.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive finance experience, with 5+ in leadership.
• Professional certification: CPA, CMA, CFA or SOCPA.
• Experience in transportation, logistics or fleet-heavy industries preferred.
• Strong ERP knowledge and fleet-management system familiarity.
• Advanced IFRS and Saudi tax/Zakat understanding.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning.
• Prepare consolidated IFRS statements and reports.
• Oversee cash flow, liquidity and treasury activities.
• Manage bank relations, financing and external audits.
• Ensure Zakat, VAT and local tax compliance.
• Drive internal controls, audits and process improvements.
• Optimize costs and working capital efficiency.
• Support pricing and contract profitability analyses.
• Oversee CAPEX planning, investment appraisal, and M&A support.
• Develop and mentor the finance team; present to CFO/CEO and Board.
