Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Director - Finance and Control to strengthen financial foundations for City Operations. You will partner with stakeholders to translate priorities into financial plans, controls, and insights, guiding disciplined execution.

The role demands 15+ years of experience in finance, strong knowledge of invoicing, GL processes, and performance management. Lead a finance team and collaborate with central Finance functions in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is required.
• Professional accounting qualification (CPA/ACCA/CA/CMA or equivalent) is required.
• 15+ years of relevant experience in finance, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, or operational finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial operation, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting for City Operations.
• Act as a lead business partner to embed financial discipline and support day-to-day decisions.
• Develop service charge, recharge, and cost recovery frameworks with cross-functional coordination.
• Develop and monitor financial KPIs, reporting, and performance insights for leadership.
• Manage budget control and cost tracking across City Operations functions.
• Lead the vendor invoicing process and ensure timely payment aligned with contracts.
• Own end-to-end invoicing, reconciliations, accruals, and period-close with finance.
• Maintain asset registers and general ledger integrity with reconciliations.
• Manage City Operations revenue streams and ensure proper recognition.
• Coordinate with Finance & Controls and stakeholders to align financial processes.
• Lead and develop the finance and control team to support growth.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related business field

Qualified accountant (CPA, ACCA, CA, CMA or equivalent)
