Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Field Specialist (LWD/DD) for on-site work across the region to support Directional Drilling projects. You will handle wellsite operations, apply knowledge of wellbore placement, hydraulics, and BHA assembly, and work with teams to resolve moderately complex field issues.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, at least 5 years of directional drilling experience, and fluent English. Strong teamwork and communication are essential, and visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in directional drilling.
• Fluent English with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Reporting for Drilling Services portfolio activities.
• Demonstrating knowledge over wellbore placement and hydraulics.
• Supervising BHA handling and making up.
• Delivering directional drilling services at the well site.
• Participating in safety and continuous improvement.
