Job summary

kafougroup in Jeddah is seeking a Solar PV Site Engineer to support the execution, installation, testing and commissioning of Solar PV systems at project sites, with technical coordination across teams.

You will ensure all site activities comply with approved drawings and specifications, international standards, Saudi regulations and SEC requirements, while coordinating with supervisors, technicians and subcontractors and maintaining thorough site documentation.

Qualifications

BSc in Electrical or related field.
1+ years’ experience in Solar PV/Industrial projects.
SEC Certified Installer or Designer is preferred.
Fluency in English required.

Responsibilities

Conduct site visits and surveys and collect required technical information.
Review approved PV layouts, SLDs, electrical drawings, cable routes, equipment datasheets, and relevant technical documents before execution.
Coordinate daily site activities with supervisors, technicians, subcontractors, suppliers, and the project team.
Supervise Solar PV installation activities and monitor compliance with approved drawings and project specifications.
Participate in testing and commissioning activities for the Solar PV system.
Maintain site documentation, including Daily/site reports, Installation records, Inspection records, Testing and commissioning records, Progress photographs, Redline drawings, As-built information.
