Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in the electromechanical field, preferably with HVAC systems or professional kitchen equipment.
• Willingness to travel within KSA up to 80% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Provide service and support to customers during on-site visits.
• Oversee installation, repairs, maintenance, and functionality testing of equipment.
• Diagnose technical issues and propose solutions.
• Train customers on the proper use of equipment.
• Create detailed service reports after visits.
