Job summary

Kidde Global Solutions is looking for a Field Sales Trainer to enhance the capabilities of their internal sales teams. The selected candidate will train and support both internal team members and channel partners while delivering training programs focused on fire alarm and life safety solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in the life safety industry, strong presentation skills, and knowledge of fire safety technologies. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and the ability to communicate effectively in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the Life Safety industry, with strong exposure to Fire alarm systems.
• Experience delivering training across multicultural and international audiences.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver standardized, global sales training programs for internal field sales team members.
• Provide onboarding training and ongoing education.
• Maintain strong working knowledge of fire alarm system codes and standards.

Skills

Strong understanding of fire alarm and life safety system technologies

Effective presentation and facilitation skills

Experience in a consultative selling environment

Fluent English; Arabic will be a strong advantage

Education

Min. Bachelor's degree (or equivalent trade experience)

NICET Level I or II or equivalent type of certification
