Job summary

Castrol KSA in Al Khobar seeks a results-driven Sales Supervisor to lead a team of salesmen in our B2C Direct channel, driving sales performance, field execution, and team development to meet volume, coverage, and collection targets.

You will coach on product knowledge, monitor route execution, and report performance while ensuring adherence to credit policies and promotions. Fluency in Arabic is required; English is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in field sales, with at least 3 year in a supervisory role
• Experience in FMCG, lubricants, automotive, or related distribution business preferred
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
• Proficiency in Excel and sales tracking systems (Oracle, CRM, or similar)
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel within assigned territory
• Fluent in Arabic; English is a plus
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach a team of salesmen to achieve monthly/quarterly sales, coverage, and collection targets
• Conduct regular field visits and joint calls to monitor execution quality and customer relationships
• Monitor route plans, visit compliance (e.g., Eagle Eye/tracking systems), and productivity KPIs
• Review daily/weekly sales performance and take corrective action on underperformance
• Ensure adherence to credit control policies and support timely collections
• Identify new business opportunities and support account acquisition within assigned territory
• Train and onboard new salesmen on products, systems, and selling techniques
• Prepare performance reports and escalating operational issues to Sales Operations/Management
• Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing, and promotional guidelines
