To strengthen our international sales team, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Field Sales Representative for the Saudi Arabian market with a strong background in the plastics industry.

Responsibilities
  • Actively develop and expand the market through targeted acquisition of new customers and the independent support and growth of existing customer relationships.
  • Present our products and technological innovations, identify customer needs, and develop customized system and plant concepts.
  • Manage the entire sales process: prepare technical and commercial quotations, conduct price negotiations in line with margin targets, and support budgeting activities.
  • Coordinate projects and interfaces: collaborate closely with internal departments on cross-functional and international projects and inquiries.
  • Support in handling customer complaints to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at trade fairs, industry events, and customer meetings to build networks and identify market trends.
  • Maintain accurate sales documentation: manage CRM data (Salesforce), prepare travel reports, and document sales activities.
Qualifications
  • University degree, preferably in Plastics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in sales within the plastics industry, ideally in:
  • Injection molding machinery
  • Raw materials
  • Accessories and peripheral equipment
  • Fluent Arabic and English language skills (spoken and written)
  • Strong negotiation skills, customer orientation, and technical & commercial understanding.
  • Independent and structured work style with strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, and willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia.
