Job summary

TUV SUD for Safety Engineering LLC in Ar-Riyāḍ, Saudi Arabia, seeks a field-based sales professional to identify and pursue crane inspection, load testing, and certification opportunities. You will build long-term client relationships, present technical and commercial solutions, prepare proposals, visit sites, and drive revenue through active pipeline management.

This full-time role requires engineering insight, strong communication, and willingness to travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Experience in B2B sales or business development.
• Understanding of crane inspection, load testing, and lifting equipment.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to conduct regular client/site visits.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities for crane inspection, load testing, and certification services.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients to support business growth and customer retention.
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable technical and commercial solutions in coordination with the relevant technical teams.
• Prepare and submit technical-commercial proposals, quotations, and service offers in line with client requirements and company standards.
• Conduct regular client visits, meetings, presentations, and negotiations to develop opportunities and successfully close deals.
• Follow up on submitted proposals and maintain an active sales pipeline to ensure timely conversion of opportunities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue and growth objectives of the business.
