Job summary

TotalTECH Corporation is seeking a hands-on Marketing Activation Coordinator to manage CareConnect booth operations, assist users with the mobile app, and handle registrations during activations in multiple regions.

You will oversee brand standards at activations, plan logistics, support the marketing team with day-to-day tasks, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners. Fresh graduates welcome with training provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome - training will be provided.
• Excellent Arabic and English communication skills.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours during activations.
• Valid driver's license.
• Comfortable with frequent fieldwork and extended on-site hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage CareConnect booth operations and support users with mobile application and registration.
• Attend and oversee marketing activations across different regions, ensuring smooth execution and brand standards.
• Handle on-ground issues and escape when needed.
• Register chronic cases and guide members on health services.
• Support activation planning, logistics, materials, and coordination from the office.
• Assist the Marketing team with daily activities and event-related tasks.
• Prepare post-activation reports covering results, issues, budgets, and recommendations.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
