Olayancareer is seeking a Senior Officer – Marketing to develop the corporate annual marketing calendar, budget, and training plans in coordination with stakeholders. The role ensures timely performance reporting through monthly dashboards covering sales, patient data, and activities.

A key focus is increasing the percentage of PD-connected patients and monitoring digital platforms like Sharesource. The position oversees the planning and execution of marketing events, including grant processes

Formación

• 3–5 years of progressive experience in marketing, preferably within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical devices industry.

Responsabilidades

• Marketing Planning: Create the corporate annual calendar in coordination with stakeholders, budget planning, and annual leaves for the Marketing team.
• Performance Reporting: Produce a monthly dashboard illustrating sales, PD patients, educational activities, and related metrics.
• Increasing % of PD connected patients & RPM: Monitor Sharesource usage and drive growth of connected patient metrics with the clinical team.
• Events & HCPs Management and Grants: Maintain events calendar, manage grants, gather documents, and coordinate logistics.
• Managing vendors & suppliers: issue RFQs, obtain quotes, create POs, and follow up on payments.
• Supporting the sales team in managing the PD Cyclers demand/supply: Demand planning, CAPEX creation, timely shipments, distribution planning, and maintenance coordination.

Bachelor Degree in Pharmacist
