Parsons is seeking an experienced Field Engineer to join the site-based Construction Supervision team for a landmark project in Riyadh. You will oversee construction activities, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure quality, safety, and timely handover to operations.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering with 5+ years of field supervision experience on large-scale developments, and is proficient in MS Office and engineering software.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5+ years of field supervision or site engineering on major projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, quality control, and codes.
• Experience reviewing drawings, specifications, and submissions.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with drawings, specs, contract requirements, and quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections and report on construction progress, quality, and safety performance.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders to resolve technical and construction-related issues.
• Review method statements, inspection requests, material submissions, and work procedures.
• Verify that construction works are carried out in accordance with approved plans and applicable codes and standards.
• Assist in monitoring project schedules and identifying potential delays or risks.
• Maintain accurate site records, daily reports, and inspection documentation.
• Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and sustainability requirements.
• Assist the Resident Engineer and Construction Manager in the successful delivery of project objectives.

Job Description

Parsons is looking for an exceptionally talented Field Engineer to join our site-based Construction Supervision team on a major landmark development project in Riyadh. The project comprises the design, enabling, and main works for a large-scale destination development featuring several iconic assets, hospitality facilities, and supporting infrastructure. Delivered under a client governance framework with stringent programme, quality, safety, and sustainability requirements, the Construction Supervision Consultant (CSC) is responsible for providing independent, end-to-end supervision and management, ensuring that all works are completed, integrated, tested, commissioned, and handed over to support both successful operations and long-term legacy objectives.

What You'll Be Doing

• Monitor and supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, contract requirements, and quality standards.

• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders to resolve technical and construction-related issues.

What Required Skills You'll Bring

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in construction supervision, inspection, or site engineering on major building or infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, quality control procedures, and industry standards.
• Experience reviewing construction drawings, specifications, and contractor submissions.
• Ability to identify and resolve construction-related issues effectively.Excellent coordination, communication, and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant engineering software.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring

• Experience working on mega projects, landmark developments, hospitality projects, convention centers, or large mixed-use developments.
• Previous experience within a Construction Supervision Consultant (CSC) environment.
• Familiarity with BIM-enabled project delivery processes.
• Knowledge of testing, commissioning, and handover requirements.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced project environment.
