Job summary

IRISS, Inc. in Saudi Arabia invites an experienced Condition Monitoring Engineer to join our team.

You will conduct demonstrations and field services covering vibration analysis, Motion Amplification, MCSA, and infrared thermography, translating findings into practical maintenance recommendations. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of industrial diagnostics experience, Level 2 vibration and infrared thermography certifications, and furnace thermography expertise.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or technical diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in condition monitoring, predictive maintenance, reliability, NDT, or industrial diagnostics.
• Valid Level 2 Vibration Analysis certification from a recognized body.
• Motion Amplification Level 1 certification/training or demonstrated experience.
• Practical knowledge of MCSA.
• Valid Level 2 Infrared Thermography certification from a recognized body.
• Hands-on furnace thermography and high-temperature inspection experience.
• Good knowledge of vibration measurement, FFT, time waveform, and machine fault diagnosis.
• Good infrared theory, emissivity, reflected temperature, and environmental effects understanding.
• Knowledge of predictive maintenance and asset health concepts; strong reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct condition monitoring demonstrations for customers and perform technical presentations.
• Collect vibration data from rotating machinery, identify faults, and recommend corrective actions.
• Apply Level 2 vibration analysis to diagnose imbalance, misalignment, looseness, and bearing defects.
• Perform Motion Amplification inspections to identify resonance and dynamic issues.
• Carry out MCSA and related electrical condition monitoring activities.
• Perform Level 2 infrared thermography inspections on electrical, mechanical, and process assets.
• Conduct furnace thermography inspections and high-temperature assessments.
• Capture high-quality thermal/visual images and interpret temperature patterns.
• Develop inspection routes, data plans, and condition monitoring programs with customers.
• Prepare professional reports with methodology, data, images, severity, and actions.
• Travel to customer sites across Saudi Arabia and coordinate with teams.
