Job summary

Eram Talent in Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced Insulation Technician to install, maintain, repair, and remove insulation systems on industrial equipment, pipes, tanks, and related structures. You will read drawings, measure, cut, fit, and ensure quality and safety on site.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years' experience in industrial insulation, familiarity with mineral wool, fiberglass, PIR/PUR, and cladding materials, and a strong commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, technical certificate, or equivalent qualification.
• Thermal insulation or HSE training preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of insulation technician experience in industrial sectors.
• Experience with mineral wool, rock wool, fiberglass, calcium silicate, PIR/PUR.
• Familiarity with aluminum, stainless steel, or galvanized cladding/jacketing.
• Ability to read basic technical drawings and measurements.
• Knowledge of PPE and workplace safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Install and remove insulation on pipes, valves, tanks, vessels, ducts, and equipment.
• Apply thermal, acoustic, and fire-resistant insulation systems as specified.
• Read and interpret insulation drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
• Measure, cut, shape, and fit insulation materials accurately.
• Install cladding, jacketing, vapor barriers, and protective coverings.
• Follow all company and project HSE requirements.
