Job summary

Alomar Holding Company is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead on-site execution of multiple construction projects, with a strong emphasis on technical quality and subcontractor management. The role is field-based, requiring hands-on leadership to coordinate site engineers, trades, and subcontractors to deliver projects on time and to specification.

You will oversee civil, architectural, finishing and MEP coordination, review workmanship, monitor progress, and drive issue

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant construction experience.
• Experience managing multiple subcontractors across disciplines.
• Strong knowledge of civil, architectural, finishing and MEP coordination.
• Excellent understanding of construction sequencing, site execution methods, drawings, specifications and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee execution of multiple construction projects on-site.
• Manage site engineers and supervise subcontractors across all disciplines.
• Coordinate civil, architectural and MEP works and monitor progress.
• Review workmanship quality and ensure handover readiness.
• Conduct site inspections and lead coordination meetings.
• Identify delays and risks and implement recovery actions.
• Provide progress updates and recommendations to management.
