Job summary

Bechtel Corporation seeks a seasoned field supervisor for the Ar Rjum gold project in Saudi Arabia, responsible for coordinating subcontractor activities and ensuring safe, on-schedule construction across structural, mechanical, piping and HVAC scopes.

You will oversee installation, alignment, commissioning support for plant equipment, manage lifting operations, QA/QC, and maintain robust field records while upholding ES&H standards and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Mechanical bachelor's degree (or international equivalent).
• 8-10 years of relevant experience or 12-14 years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to perform extensive field inspections.
• Experience in hot and humid Middle East construction environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise structural steel, mechanical equipment, piping, HVAC, and crane installation per specs.
• Oversee structural steel erection including layout, alignment and final installation.
• Coordinate heavy lifting and rigging using cranes and lift plans.
• Support HVAC system installation, testing, balancing and commissioning.
• Ensure quality adherence, ITPs, NCRs, punch lists and turnover docs.
• Coordinate with Engineering, QA/QC, HSE and subcontractors to meet milestones.
