Job summary

Amazon University Talent Acquisition is seeking ambitious students for an Operations Intern role in Jeddah. You will learn how managers engage teams to fulfill customer orders in Fulfillment Centers, Sortation Centers, and Delivery Stations.

You will contribute to improving service levels, map processes, and test solutions while collaborating with managers and tech teams. The internship is 3–6 months, full-time (40h/week) with mentorship and opportunities for graduate roles.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or will receive a Bachelor's or Master's Degree with a graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English.
• Available to commence an internship between January and December 2027; 3–6 months full time (40h/week).

Responsibilities

• Diving deep into data, mapping processes and problems.
• Offering and testing potential solutions and implementing the best one(s).
• Interacting with managers, technology development teams, and front-line associates.
• Thinking broadly about solutions to complex business and operational challenges.
