Overview

We are seeking an experienced Facility Manager to lead the operational performance of mall and hospitality assets within a professional facilities management environment. The role is responsible for ensuring service continuity, regulatory compliance, cost efficiency, and optimal asset performance across high-traffic facilities, in alignment with agreed SLAs, KPIs, and operational standards.

Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day facility operations in accordance with approved SLAs, KPIs, and operational frameworks.
  • Ensure optimal performance, availability, and reliability of MEP, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance programs to maximize asset uptime.
  • Oversee contractors, service providers, and specialist vendors, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and performance benchmarks.
  • Enforce HSE, statutory, and regulatory compliance, including local authority requirements.
  • Control operating budgets, monitor OPEX, and drive cost-optimization initiatives without compromising service quality.
  • Prepare operational reports, performance dashboards, and management reviews.
  • Lead, supervise, and develop facility management teams, ensuring adherence to operational procedures and service standards.
  • Support smooth operations in high-footfall environments, maintaining safety, reliability, and customer experience.
Qualifications

  • 10–12 years of proven experience in Facilities Management operations.
  • Mandatory experience managing malls and hospitality facilities.
