About the role

We are seeking a Facilities Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for owning the Facilities operations, and day to day management of our physical workplaces. This includes daily operation of office environments, managing facilities services, and supporting a productive, safe, and create great place to work and improve overall workplace experience. You’ll balance vendor coordination, space planning, maintenance oversight, health and safety compliance, and employee support.

What you\'ll do
  • Own day-to-day workplace and facilities operations across all locations, ensuring offices are safe, efficient, and employee-centric.
  • Plan and scale facilities operations in line with business growth and workforce needs.
  • Ensure high standards of building, equipment, and workplace systems maintenance with minimal business disruption.
  • Lead preventive and reactive maintenance programs (Hard FM including MEP, HVAC, F&FE, FAS, and FF) through third-party vendors.
  • Manage on-site service providers and vendors, driving service quality, SLAs, and continuous improvement.
  • Deliver a comfortable, productive, and engaging workplace environment (comfort, cleanliness, ergonomics, and functionality).
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employees on workplace-related support and service requests.
  • Own workplace safety, wellbeing, and emergency preparedness programs.
  • Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and building regulations; lead audits and corrective actions.
  • Partner with People, IT, and business teams to support collaboration, hybrid work, and office utilization.
  • Use employee feedback and data to continuously improve workplace experience and operations.
Qualifications
  • Technical Diploma or bachelor\'s degree in civil, MEP, HVAC or related trades.
  • Minimum of 9-10 years of relevant experience overseeing office facilities maintenance and coordinating with external contractors, preferably in a multicultural office environment.
  • Preferably a Saudi national, or a candidate based in Saudi Arabia with strong Arabic reading and speaking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Working knowledge of inspection and approval processes for commercial office facilities (requirements from Civil Defence, Municipality, etc.).
  • Extensive experience with MS Office Suite and similar platforms.
  • Certifications (Preferred): First aid/fire warden certification, other facilities management certifications (FMP, IWFM) are a plus but not mandatory.
