Job summary

Baraya Extended Care is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and general facility systems in a healthcare setting. You will inspect, troubleshoot, and repair to ensure safe, reliable operation supporting patient care and operations.

Responsibilities include following safety protocols, performing preventive maintenance, and coordinating with clinical and administrative teams to address service requests and maintain regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Technical diploma or equivalent in mechanical/electrical/HVAC or facility maintenance.
• Certifications related to specific trades are preferred.
• 3+ years of healthcare/industrial hospitality maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and scheduled maintenance to ensure equipment safety and reliability.
• Diagnose and resolve system failures and technical issues promptly.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with quality standards.
