Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.
• Related Work Experience: At least 3 years of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
• EPA Universal Certification is required.
• Driver's License is required.
• HVAC Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC, air quality control, and refrigeration equipment.
• Monitor and analyze energy and utilities usage; calibrate controls, gauges, meters, and other equipment.
• Assemble, install, test, repair, and maintain electrical systems or electronic wiring.
• Move and work in confined spaces; perform routine pool and spa maintenance.
• Follow safety policies and procedures and complete safety trainings.
