Qualifications

• Requires a 4-year bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting or related field, or a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Purchasing or related field.
• Strong purchasing, budgeting, and cost-control capabilities are essential.
• Experience with inventory controls and vendor management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generates accurate reports and presents data in a timely manner.
• Maintains sanitation and safety standards per brand guidelines.
• Orders all food and beverage based on business needs and helps manage controllable costs.
• Coordinates with Executive Chef on purchasing and inventory to ensure quality and profitability.
• Follows up on invoices, verifying quantities and specifications against orders.
